The Driskell Center is committed to collecting, documenting and presenting African American art as well as replenishing and expanding the field of African diasporic studies.
Open to the public, the Driskell Center Library provides research support to students, faculty, and staff at the University of Maryland and visiting scholars. The Library includes over 5,000 books, exhibition catalogs, and journals on Black visual art and culture topics.
By Appointment: Monday 12pm–4 pm, Tuesday–Friday 10 am–4 pm
