Join us for the David C. Driskell Center's 25th Anniversary Symposium: over two days, scholars, artists, archivists, curators, and cultural leaders will come together to examine the role of institutional archives in preserving, interpreting, and advancing the histories of Black art. The symposium will explore how archives, collections, and museums shape cultural memory and challenges of collecting Black art today. More details, including speakers and the full program, will be announced soon.
